1. Who we are
This website is operated by OZEL Hair Transplant (“OZEL”, “we”, “us”), a clinic in Türkiye dedicated to hair, beard and eyebrow transplantation since 1998. We are responsible for the personal data you share with us through this website.

2. What we collect
Free consultation form
Your name, phone number, email address, country, the treatment you are interested in, and any note you choose to write.
AI Hairline Studio
When you upload a photo, the face analysis runs inside your own browser. Nothing is sent to us at that stage. If you then choose to send your result to our specialists, we receive your name, your WhatsApp number, your country, your photo with the AI hairline design drawn on it, and the measurements calculated from it (hairline height, facial thirds and symmetry).
A photo of your face is personal data. Because it is shared in the context of a medical treatment, we treat it as sensitive health-related data and only process it with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before sending.
Messages and calls
When you contact us on WhatsApp, iMessage, Instagram, by phone or by email, we receive what you share in that conversation, such as your name, number, photos and questions.
Technical information
To pre-fill your country and dialling code, the website asks a geolocation service which country your internet connection is in. Only the country code is used. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website. Your browser may store small preferences (for example, that you already sent your AI result in this session); these never leave your device.
3. How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and contact you about your free consultation.
- For our specialists to review your photo and AI hairline design, and to explain your case: the number of grafts that may suit you and the most suitable technique.
- To prepare and follow up your treatment plan, if you decide to go ahead.
- To keep our website and communications secure and working properly.
We never sell your personal data, and we never use your photos in our marketing without your separate, written permission.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (for example, when you send your photo and details), to take steps you request before a treatment agreement, and for our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running a safe website. Where the law requires it, we keep certain records to meet legal obligations. These bases follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
6. How long we keep it
If you do not become a patient, we keep your enquiry, photo and messages for up to 24 months, so we can follow up your consultation, and then delete them. If you become a patient, your records are kept for as long as medical record-keeping laws require. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time (see section 7).
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, including your photos;
- stop or limit how we use it, or object to it;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.
Send your request to info@ozelhair.clinic. We will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, such as Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or the authority in your own country.
8. Security
We limit access to your data to the people who need it and use reputable providers with modern security. No online service can be completely secure, so please share only what is needed for your consultation.
9. Age
This website and our consultations are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Please do not upload a photo of anyone other than yourself.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
