2. Not medical advice
Everything on this website, including texts, photos, videos and figures, is general information about our clinic and our treatments. It does not replace a personal medical consultation. Whether a treatment is suitable for you, and how it should be planned, can only be decided by a qualified doctor after examining your case.
3. AI Hairline Studio
The AI Hairline Studio creates an automated hairline design from the proportions of your face. It is a starting point for a conversation with our specialists, not a diagnosis, a medical recommendation or a promise of a result.
- Measurements are estimates calculated from a single photo and can differ from measurements taken in person.
- Your final hairline, the number of grafts and the technique are always decided by your doctor, taking into account your donor area, hair loss pattern, hair characteristics and age.
- Please upload only a photo of yourself, and only if you are 18 or over.
4. Results
Before-and-after photos and patient stories show real results of individual patients, shared with their permission. Results vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including your health, your donor area and how you follow aftercare instructions. They are not a guarantee of your own result.
5. Consultations, quotes and bookings
Your consultation and the review of your photos are free and carry no obligation. Any quote we give you is personal and based on the information you shared. Treatment dates, prices, inclusions, deposits, payment and cancellation conditions are agreed separately and confirmed to you in writing before your treatment.
6. Using the website
Please use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not send false information, upload content you do not have the right to share, or try to disrupt or misuse the website or its forms.
7. Our content
The OZEL name and logo, and the texts, photos, videos and design of this website, belong to OZEL or are used with permission. You may not copy, reuse or publish them without our written consent. Patient photos are shared with the consent of the patients and may not be reused in any way.
8. Other websites and apps
The website links to services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X and LinkedIn. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, OZEL is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or from relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
